TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION

Aurantiaco Journeys and Events Pvt. Ltd. offers for sale or discount to you various products and/or services on behalf of Airlines, other Transport Operators, Hotels and other Accommodation providers, Event Resources, Tour Operators and other Principal Suppliers, besides participation, nomination or enrolment in some of our own Events like the Aurantiaco Music Festival (“AMF”) and Quiz World Cup TM (“QWC”).
Our services consist of arranging and co-coordinating for these services offered by the above listed suppliers or our own company in the case of AMF and QWC. Aurantiaco brings about a direct requirement based relationship between you, the customer, and each entity mentioned above. Subject to these bookings or participation conditions Aurantiaco will always perform our services with reasonable attention and care.
Aurantiaco will not be responsible or accountable for any quality or performance concerns of the services offered by the suppliers or entities listed above and we will not be liable in the event that you suffer loss, injury or disappointment by reason of any acts or behavior of any of the above. In such case your communication and resolution to dispute will lie against the above entities or suppliers.
For events or tours managed directly and solely by Aurantiaco, we will take all reasonable responsibility and care to meet your satisfaction and consent.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy at the time you pay for your travel, whether you are coming to India, traveling within India or are Traveling Outbound from India. You should ensure with your insurance provider that such insurance protects you against any and all medical expenses arising from sickness or injury during your travel and protects you against loss or damage to your belongings during your trip. Aurantiaco will not take any responsibility of loss or damage to your belongings or any sickness caused.

CANCELLATION CHARGES AND POLICY

Cancellation fees are likely to be incurred on all confirmed reservations or bookings or event participation. Please note that in the case of Travel Bookings, some air tickets or tickets for attractions during site-seeing or some hotel reservations may be may be non-refundable or non-transferable. It is important and advised that you check the position with us before you confirm arrangements and/or before you cancel any confirmed reservations or bookings.
The cancellation charges and fee may be different from country to country and from airlines to airlines.
For all Events related Cancellations, it is advised that you check with us before you confirm participation and/or before you cancel any confirmed bookings.
For cancellations or postponement made directly by us at Aurantiaco, we will issue refund as per the refund policy listed in this document.
If you are a sponsor, partner or exhibitor, please check with us by sending an email to support@aurantiaco.org to review the cancellation fee or charges.

CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS OR PARTICIPATION OR BOOKINGS

If you wish to change or alter a confirmed reservation or booking or participation in an event, you are likely to incur fees or penalty or charges. In some cases it may not be possible to change reservations or to cancel the reservation or make any alterations. It may also be economically unviable for you to do so. Please read the specific terms and conditions for all tours, events or reservations detailed by the entities listed above or in our Travel Voucher or Events Manual (including Brochure, Flyer, Circular, Email, etc), in reference to your travel arrangements or event participation.

RATES AND TARIFFS

Airfares, Hotel Rooms and Tour prices may change or vary from time to time without prior notice. Such price increases are beyond our control and you will be liable to pay extra for any such increases. Many Airlines now impose surcharges on the price of air travel and changes take place without prior notice. These surcharges may change between the time you make a confirmed reservation and the date of full payment.

Tax rates and slabs may change between the time you make a travel reservation or participation in an event, and the date of the full payment.

PAYMENTS

For all Tours and/or Events that you have dealt with us for, if you have not made the payment by the specified date advised or notified to you by Aurantiaco, your bookings or reservations or participation may be revoked or cancelled. Payments may be made by Bank NEFT, RTGS, Direct Bank Deposit, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Draft or Cheque depending on your location, country of origin. Credit Card payments and payments made via the payment gateway on our website may incur surcharges. Aurantiaco will not add any additional surcharge to payments made by credit card. When your credit card or debit card is processed by Aurantiaco you agree to not have your payment ‘charged back’ or reversed by your card provider where the services have been provided. Payments can be made via a reliable payment gateway listed on the website or by direct bank transfer. All Payments can be made directly from your Savings / Current Account or your Credit Card / Debit Card if applicable. All cheques or demand drafts must be made payable to “Aurantiaco Journeys and Events Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Noida (Uttar Pradesh).

Payments should not be made to any other bank account or to any representative claiming to be from Aurantiaco.
Aurantiaco will not be liable for any loss caused by a failure of a Tour Manager or Hotel or Tour Wholesaler or Event Coordinator to make payments to Aurantiaco for Reservations for Airfares and Services made on behalf of a Tour Group or any Individual Traveler or for participation in any Event or Events.

REFUNDS

Refund Policies for all your Travel Arrangements, Bookings and/or Reservations or for Event Participation would vary from product to product, country to country, airline to airline, hotel to hotel or for multiple circumstances specified explicitly in the MOU for each event that you undertake through Aurantiaco. The refund policies will be defined clearly in all the communication before making all bookings and will be considered on record from case to case basis.

Refunds for Quiz World Cup TM 2019 will be processed within 30 working days in case the Championship is cancelled. In case of postponement of the Championship, refunds will be issued within 30 working days if postponement period is beyond 90 days and if the participant chooses to withdraw their participation.

No refunds will be issued for fee already paid if you choose to withdraw from the QWC Championship after Registration, during or after the Championship.

PASSPORT AND VISA – RULES AND REQUIREMENTS

You are advised to check your passport before confirming your travel arrangements, and verify that it will remain valid for the entire tenure of your travel. Certain countries require that your passport remains valid for a period of up to six months after the date upon which you are scheduled to leave such country. You may be denied entry to that specific country if your passport expires within 6 months. You should clarify visa requirements and rules with the Embassies of the countries that you plan to visit. It is the responsibility of each member of the travelling group or individual travelers to ensure that they have a valid passport and the necessary visa/s for the destinations to be visited.

VACCINATIONS AWARENESS

Certain countries require that travelers be vaccinated against specific infection and/or diseases. Aurantiaco suggests and recommends strongly that you check with your family doctor and the Embassies of countries where you are travelling with respect to any health and vaccination requirements.

CROSS-CHECKING TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

We always exercise care and top attention in putting together the arrangements and knick-knacks requested by you in reference to your Travel and Accommodation requirements. It is important that you check all of the literature and welcome letters handed to you to ensure that it completely and explicitly meets with your requirements, and to fully ensure that there have been no misunderstandings.

RESPONSIBILITY

Aurantiaco accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, cost or expense that may arise or is incurred by the customer to the extent that it arises or is incurred directly or indirectly as a result of any booking made by, or on behalf of, the customer, or event participation, independently of Aurantiaco.
