Your personal information is collected by us for the primary purpose of providing either/or travel or event management services to you.
In the process of providing us with your personal information, and by using or accessing our Website, you hereby agree with the Terms of this Policy and that this Privacy Policy will apply to how we handle your personal information and grant us your consent to collecting, using and disclosing your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

The types of personal information that we collect from you depends completely on your individual circumstances or requirements and on the type of services that you may have requested from us, to facilitate your travel or event arrangements and bookings. For specific events like Quiz World Cup TM or the Aurantiaco Music Festival, your information is collected primarily for Registration purpose to enroll yourself (if you are a student) or your School / College / University for the event.
With specific reference to facilitating your travel or event booking or or event participation requests, Aurantiaco collects the following personal information from you while enabling the transactions or requests through our Website:

e) Credit Card and other payment details (only when making transactions)
f) Date of Birth (in case of a minor)

b. As required or authorized by law, in connection with any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings such as any unlawful activity, or suspect of being engaged in, as required by law enforcement officials or agencies; and
c. in order to establish, exercise, practice or defend our own legal rights ( that may include providing information to others for the purpose of fraud prevention and/or reducing credit risk).
d. To business partners, sponsors and affiliates within the legal engagements of Aurantiaco, so they can contact you in order to offer or promote our products and services that may be of interest to you.
Some of the travel or event service providers that we disclose and share your personal information to may be located outside India. The overseas travel and event service providers may not have privacy standards equivalent to the standards followed and imposed in India. We do not have any control over the privacy practices of overseas agencies or providers. Do not disclose your personal information to us if you do not consent to this.
